In order to fit your towbar we will need enough space to park a van behind or next to your vehicle with adequate room to work and place parts removed from your vehicle like the bumper and interior panels.

We cannot fit towbars or complete any work on a busy road or a public carpark, it is the customers responsibility to ensure a safe location for the work to be completed.

We cannot legally fit a towbar to a vehicle which does not have a towing capacity, please check your VIN plate for this as we will refuse to fit the towbar if your VIN plate does not state a towing capacity.

We cannot fit a towbar to a vehicle that is badly corroded or structurally damaged around the towbar mounting points, if this is the case we will stop work and explain your options, you will only be liable for our costs incurred up to that point.

A call out fee will be applicable if we arrive and cannot fit your towbar for any of the reasons above or any reasons out of our control that you could reasonably made us aware of .

Most vehicles require a cut to be made to the bumper, this is usually on the underside and out of view but not always, if this is a concern or you do not wish your bumper to be cut please make this known at the time of booking and if possible we may be able to find an alternative. Please note any alterations made to the bumper cannot be reversed and we cannot be liable for a replacement.
